Orders & downloads
How do I receive my pattern after buying?
All patterns are digital PDFs. Your download link arrives by email the moment your order is confirmed, and it’s always available in your account library — nothing physical ships.
I didn’t get my download email — what now?
First, check your spam and promotions folders — automated emails sometimes land there. You can also log into your account and download it any time from your library. Still stuck? Email me and I’ll send it over personally.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major cards and the usual secure checkout options are accepted at checkout. Prices are shown in euros with VAT included.

Using the patterns
What skill level are your patterns for?
Each pattern lists its skill level on the product page. Most are written to welcome confident beginners — every round is spelled out in full, with a stitch chart and step photos for the trickier parts.
What languages are the patterns in?
Patterns are available in English.
I found a mistake in a pattern — what do I do?
Please email me the pattern name and the row you’re stuck on. I test every pattern carefully, but if something slipped through I’ll help you right away and update the file for everyone.

Sizing & materials
What sizes are included?
Garment patterns are size inclusive — every size is written into one PDF, so you buy once and can make it in any size. A full measurement and yardage table helps you pick your fit before you start.
Can I use a different yarn than the one listed?
Absolutely. The listed yarn is what the sample was made in, but any yarn that matches the stated gauge will work beautifully. When in doubt, make a gauge swatch first.
Why does my gauge matter so much?
Gauge decides whether your finished piece matches the measurements in the pattern. A few minutes swatching before you begin is the difference between a garment that fits the way you pictured and one that doesn’t.

Licensing & refunds
Can I sell items I make from your patterns?
Yes — you’re welcome to sell finished items you make in small quantities. Please credit ArtsyMaki as the pattern designer. You may not resell, copy, or share the pattern file itself.
Do you offer refunds?
Because patterns are digital and can’t be returned, all sales are final. That said, if anything’s wrong or you’re stuck, message me — I’ll always help you get to a finished piece.
Can I share a pattern with a friend?
Each pattern is for personal use by the buyer. If a friend loves it, please point them to the shop rather than sharing the file — every purchase helps me keep designing new patterns.
