This website is operated by ArtsyMaki. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ArtsyMaki. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Products and Services (Digital Downloads) Please be aware that all products listed in this shop are DIGITAL PDF PATTERNS, not finished physical items. You will not receive a physical sweater, bag, or accessory in the mail.

The PDF files are available for download immediately after payment is confirmed.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary software (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Reader) to open PDF files.

2. Copyright and Intellectual Property All patterns, images, and text on this site are the intellectual property of ArtsyMaki (Markéta Videcká).

Personal Use Only: When you purchase a pattern, you are buying a license for personal use. You may not copy, share, redistribute, resell, or translate the pattern (in whole or in part) in any form (digital or printed).
Selling Finished Items: You are allowed to sell finished items made from my patterns in small quantities. If you do so, we kindly ask that you credit ArtsyMaki as the designer.

3. Payments and Pricing

All prices are listed in EUR (€).
We reserve the right to change our product prices at any time without notice.
Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe/PayPal). We do not store your credit card details.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges: We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on digital files once the purchase is complete and the download link has been generated.
EU Right of Withdrawal Exception: By purchasing digital content from this site, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract (delivery of the download) and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal from the contract once the download has started, in accordance with EU Consumer Law.
If you have accidentally purchased a duplicate pattern or are having technical trouble downloading the file, please contact us at artsymaki@gmail.com and we will resolve the technical issue.

5. Accuracy of Content We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. We do not warrant that the quality of any products or information purchased by you will meet your expectations (e.g., if the finished sweater does not fit because gauge was not met).

6. Limitation of Liability ArtsyMaki shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of any of our products or patterns.

7. Governing Law These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic.
